Shopping at SIGHT24.COM is very easy:

  • If you know what you are looking for, use the appropriate links: Man/ Woman, Shirts, Cashmere, Shoes, etc..
  • Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button underneath each item.
  • You can review the items you’ve chosen in your shopping bag. To remove any item just click on the DELETE button you will find next to the corresponding item.
  • Click on “CHECK OUT NOW” to complete your order.


Yes, you must create an account to shop at SIGHT24.COM.

Once registered you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your SIGHT24.COM account:

Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from SIGHT24.COM.

Which size should I choose?

All products are sold by the international sizing scheme used by the designer. To convert this to your usual size, simply click on the 'size chart' link which you will find on every product page.

As sizes can vary greatly by designer, we have also provided the actual dimensions of each product for you to compare with your own body measurements.

In addition, our team of Fashion Advisors tries on every item we stock, and can answer all your questions on sizing and fit - simply email  for advice.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

We currently do not accept waiting lists as such, you are however more than welcome to email and we will do all that is in our hands to find the item you request.

What payment methods does SIGHT24.COM accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, and Maestro credit and debit cards.

Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at SIGHT24.COM?

At SIGHT24.COM, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed by means of a secure checkout system.

Which countries does SIGHT24.COM ship to?

At the moment of check out, it will give you the option to introduce the country you would like the package to be delivered to. Once you introduce the country for the shipping, the corresponding fees will appear automatically.

If the country you want the packet to be sent to doesn’t appear, you can email, let us know the country you are interested in and we will send you the details on the shipping fees and time for delivery.


Does SIGHT24.COM ship to Post Office boxes or Freight Forwarding addresses?

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes.

Why are shipping restrictions applied to some items?

Due to international trading agreements and regulations, SIGHT24.COM is obliged to adhere to particular shipping restrictions.

As a result, we are unable to dispatch items made of exotic skins outside of the EU. In addition, some products manufactured in China and fine jewellery of certain compositions, are not allowed to be shipped to some countries.

How do I change currency?

SIGHT24.COM charges exclusively in Euros. For all other currencies the final price is calculated automatically by your credit card company in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day the transaction is processed.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Prices include taxes according to Spanish regulation. Any external or additional duties may vary from one country to another and is full responsibility and must be paid for by the customer.

Does SIGHT24.COM ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

Your order will be delivered to you in our luxurious signature boxes!

Returned items must be sent back in the same package to assure the right dimensions for UPS and to assure receiving the items in good conditions.

We are unfortunately only able to include one box per order.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from SIGHT24.COM to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery.
How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.
This is an interactive buying experience. Your card will be debited right away. If a product is available to you it means it is in stock.

Where is my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. SIGHT24.COM is not responsible for any delays caused by UPS or the destination customs clearance processes.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. You will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

How do I return or exchange an item?

You may return or exchange items using our returns and exchanges collection service. To see more details on returns or exchanges within the EU, click here. For returns or exchanges for countries outside the EU, click here.

  • It is not possible to return any item(s) bought online at SIGHT24.COM in a GEMELLI TURZI store.




  • Sign into your account and under My Orders, select the order number containing the items you would like to return.
  • If you'd like to exchange an item because the fit isn't right, choose the replacement size.


  • All returns are subject to the conditions described in the Returns and Exchanges section.
  • Before finalising the purchase your must have agreed to our Return Policy.
  • To request your RMA number at UPS will call you within 24hours to arrange the pickup. The payment for the return shipping will be done at that moment via telephone per credit card according to the prices for return established in “Returns and Exchanges” section.
  • With your RMA number you will receive a label which you will have to print out and stick on the package which is valid for the next 10 days within which you can send your unwanted item(s) back to us.

  • To request a refund, select how you would like to be credited. This needs to match the original payment method used. Please note that store credit is valid for one year from issue date.

Items should be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached.

In addition, shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. We may not accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or account and will include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the DSRs only; any other shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, except those established as delivery for “FREE” in the Returns and Exchanges section.

Any customs duties and sales taxes derived from non-EU regulation are entirely of the responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware that it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Do you offer a repairs service?

We offer a complimentary repairs service up to a year from the date of purchase. The customer must however cover all the shipping costs. guarantees the reparation of the piece we do not however renew the product. The product will still be the one you sent to us, in the same conditions.

Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this.

To register at SIGHT24.COM, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.
