OUR RETURN POLICY
  • Items should be returned new unused and with all the SIGHT24.COM garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at his own cost.
  • Any exchange is subject to availability.

  • All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns will not be accepted.
  • The SIGHT24.COM “special” tag must not, under any circumstances, be removed in case of return or exchange. Any return with a tag not properly attached will be sent back at your own cost.

  • It is not possible to return any item(s) bought online at SIGHT24.COM in a GEMELLI TURZI store.

    NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE PERTINENT RECEIPT.
  • LATE RETURNS: Returns outside the specified timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of SIGHT24 and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Please note that RMA numbers requested after seven days will also be granted at out discretion.

  • FAULTY ITEMS: Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same item in the same size subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.
